The Global Service Jam brought together a diverse mix of 20 participants from different walks of life, over a weekend, to ideate, research, prototype and test concepts to solve various problems, using many service design and design thinking methodologies. Over the course of the weekend, the participants formed groups and tried to solve a problem they identified through user research on the field. At the end of the weekend, they prototyped and presented their ideas by means of skits, presentations, paper prototypes and other physical and visual aids.
